ROLE PURPOSE
To encourage the growth of the Private Client business by introducing new clients to our services. Developing new relationships with clients over the telephone, email and face to face. Working closely with other teams within the Division and the Company.
 
ROLE DUTIES
 
Account Opening: 
  • Establish and maintain prospective client portfolios until a trading facility has been established
  • Explain Moneycorp’s services and where possible tailor those services to the client’s requirements
  • Proactively sell
  • Increase the conversion rate of the Private Client business
  • Grow and maintain client relationships through rapport building 
 
Achievement of Targets and KPI’s:
  • Work to achieve targets and KPIs in relation to telephone calls made, number of completed activities, sales, quality standards and revenue
 
Liaising with Internal and External Departments:
  • Work closely with Account Managers and external partners 
  • Open trading facilities to ensure good conversion ratio on leads to accounts and trading ratio on accounts opened
  • Provide feedback to the Accounts Managers on the leads generated
  • Continue to grow relationships between teams (internal and external) to achieve revenue for the Company
 
Compliance    
  • Maintain records of all client contact including telephone calls, inbound or outbound.
  • Ensure all files, paperwork are maintained to required standards
  • Ensure all client correspondence are of the highest quality
  • Ensure Company procedures and high standards are followed at all times, with particular focus upon KYC procedures and accurate maintenance of all CRM records, particularly client follow up calls
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Experience in customer service environments
  • Knowledge of financial services markets, products and services 
  • Experience within a financial institution - desirable
 
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge on Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Typing speed at least at 50 words per minute (wpm)
 
Education:

Degree in related field – desirable

Location and Hours of Work:
You may be required to work from any of the company’s office and on after-hours event, when applicable.
Orlando, Florida
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm EST.
Flexibility will be required in line with business needs.
